I want the freedom to be nude within my own home, but my wife and her thirty-something-year-old adult daughter, who has been living with us for much of the pandemic, object to my doing so. This is not intended to be of a sexual nature of any kind, just simple nudity. Before I was married, the first thing I'd do when getting home from work would be to lock my doors, set the blinds so as to not be visible from outside, strip completely and stay that way until I had to be dressed for the next day, or whatever other reason. I find it increasingly depressing that I am not allowed to do this in my own home. It makes me feel very ugly (which I have enough body image issues about in the first place), and not accepted for who I am, and I can't make them understand that.
