Yes.... U r right. Friends I overcome from this by drinking water. Before go to bed drink water as much as u can. Don't think about toilet. Of course it disturbs your sleep. But for some weeks u need to drink. Don't let you're body dehydrated in the night. If you feel dryness in the throat immediately drink water. For Lazy butts.... Keep some water at your bed.
Even though you didn't feel any changes..... Immediately consult the doctor.

My heart always has been beating really and hard enough for me to feel it in my chest. It was only after I woke up and stayed around for about half an hour if I was moving around or doing anything but lay down or sit still. A few days ago, it went for at least four hours and I got pretty scared

I'm 23 years old and I've been having this happening to me for a few days now. First, it started low blood pressure (blacking out, lost of hearing and no sense of balance) due to so much stress at work and lack of sleep. Then after that I've been getting rapid heart beats everytime I get out of bed. (Either in the morning or after a nap.) No dreams, no nightmares just rapid heartbeat. And reading all of the posts here seems like it all links to lack of sleep, health issues and stress.
The thing I don't understand is that I drink plenty of water, I eat normal, but why do i get these symptoms? Is it because I drink coffee in the morning and smoke cigarettes at night? And last week, I had a general check up and the doctor said I was normal and healthy.

I thought it was dehydration, so drank lot of water, then got up it seem to slow down. Also when i saw the Dr he thought it could be too much coffee because everything else was ok.
