hi! i dont know about any tablets but yes there is a soup which would make you loose 8kg in a week . the content are:
celery,stang celery,tomatoes,sachet of vegetable soup, vegetable taste maker, black pepper,green chilli,and other green vegetables of your choice.

but with this soup there is a complete food course which is necessary if you want a change.the cure is
1st day::coocked green vegetables
2nd day: fruit(except banana)+cooked green vegetables
3rd day:3bananas + two glasses of orange juice
4th day. baked potatoes two large size
5th day:half kg of boiled chicken +6 tomatoes
6th day:half kg of boiled chicken + coocked green vegetables
7th day:fried rice+ boiled vegetables
note : eat as much soup as u can i've tried it it really works

Ya i have tried this diet in another from but it was for HEART patients trying to lose weight before surgery... the diet works if you can stand the soup however when you get off of the diet you have a week and a half before the weight comes back and then some...

well the easiest healthiest and quickest way of loosing weight is to consume a lott of water..8 glasses of sugar free water ..MINERAL water should do the magic..cozx consuming alot of water..reduces ur apetite...doing this on a daily basis will really help.tc :-)

+1 to samy90 .. easiest way to reduce weight is drinking a lot of water. But samy what do you mean by sugarfree water.. never heard of any..could you please elaborate on this ??

@mariya yea sure i can elobrate what i meant by sugar free water here is..fr those people whu prefers flavoured water..should precisely choose sugarfree water...otherwise i want help ,either u drink mineral water ..otherwise if you prefer flavoured water then go for the sugar free ones..:-)
