now, im 5'7 185 pounds. im only 16. its ridiculous. i honestly dont look as fat as you'd think from there but trust me, i still look fat. nothing's worked for me and i think i have an eating disorder. whether or not im even hungry, i'll eat something just for the sake of eating it. also when i get home from school i'll just look for whatever i have and eat, like yesterday after school i ate a slice of pizza, pretzels, some chips and a bag of popcorn. i just cant stop myself. i need a way to stop just going to eat, and i need a way to lose the weght. i work out a lot, at least 5 times a week for an hour, so i have muscle, but it's under obsene layers of fat and i cant handle it. I NEED a quick way because i whenever i start a diet i just forget about it, or ignore it after a few days. remember im 16 so i cant buy those programs

Its is hard sometime to lose weight, but it would be best to  lose weight the healthy way, check out my blog for some suggestions.
