Are they an STD or something else? I used to have one under my armpit back in high school and it eventually fell off. However, around last summer some started forming around the base of my shaft and another in the pubic hair region. They aren't filled with puss or fluid or anything like that, just a brown fatty-type growth. Anyone have any idea what they are from, how to get rid of them or if I should go see a doctor. Thanks in advance for anyone who responds. I'm freaking out.
