OK I've been like this for about 4 months now. So Usually at dinner time I feel nauseaus and I feel as I am going to gag the minute I open my mouth. Anyhow I went to the doctor he gave me romep. Then a few nights ago I saw something white string like in my stool so I told the doctor and he said it's worms. So he gave me some worm dose.

My Stool at times is pellet like and lumps and tonight it was like a pencil. It is also a goldish color. Any Help? Why does it only happen at night?
