My boyfriend has had all the same tests after experiencing the same symptoms for over a year - all came back clear but he still has all the problems, swollen tender abdomen across middle and down right hand side, internal dragging sensation, tingling around the groin and tops of the legs, and shooting pain when he kicks a football, he has also developed hypersensitive skin lesions but doctors are STILL fobbing him off with IBS medication!!! Surely this is more serious than irritable bowel.....?

I have been having simulair symptoms however I end up being so hungry that I cant eat anything, and when I do It usually just finds its way back up. This is the worst ive felt my whole life. The constant hunger and the fact that I cant do anything about it is driving me nuts. My doctors don't know whats wrong with me after having blood tests, and urine tests. Infact I'll get so hungry and hollow feeling that I will start to Gag without me doing it myself and my doctors think im belemic, but I keep telling them that I want to eat and don't want to lose weight, and If I could stop this I would do it without having to think twice.

I have had similar issues for the past week. I have had them before but they have gone away within 2 days. This has lasted much longer and hurts much more. I went to the docotor yesterday and he feels that I have an ulcer. He feels that this is caused by a bacteria found in the body called h. Pylori??? He has also given me nexium to help keep the acid controlled, since acid irriates the ulcers. Good luck, and God Bless

i am so glad i found this board! i've had the same problem for about the last 2 months. when it started, i had extreme nausea/lack of appetite/stabbing upper abdominal pain for about 2 days...then it just turned into constant hunger pains that don't go away after I eat but are the worst in the morning when my stomach is completely empty. 3 different docs told me it was some sort of acid reflux, and my last doc had me tested for h.pylori but that came back negative. i still think that's what it might be because the symptoms match so i would like to go get tested again.
i also went for an ultrasound and they found nothing in my middle upper abdomen but they did find a lesion on my liver...however my doc thinks that was incidental and that one has nothing to do with the other. now I am waiting to get an endoscopy for the pain and an MRI for my liver. i haven't had any weight loss because i am doing my best to still eat regularly even though it doesn't help at all. i think that if you do have noticable weight loss and are eating the same, then it is most likely parasites of some sort.
i'm only 22 and i take good care of myself so this just puzzles me. i am going to do a bunch of liver cleanses and then some anti-parasite cleanses and see if that helps. i'll keep you all updated...and best of luck to everyone!!

i had similar symptoms, had an upper GI done and abdominal ultrasound, they found high grade acid in stomach and gall stones. i had upper abdominal pain in the middle of the night below ribs. started prilosec, feel better

I have been experiencing most of these symptoms for 2 weeks now and the hunger is driving me nuts! As yet, i've not experienced much pain but I'm going to have to go to the doctor to see what can be done. I'm a 16 year old girl who's been suffering with these symptoms severly for the past 7mths so I can't even go to school. I've gone on a dairy/wheat/sugar free diet, but no change. Done a barium xray and GI test, as well as blood tests, but everything came back fine. I've had symptoms of hypoglycemia all my life, but it's NEVER been this bad. I've thought it was parasites, duodenal ulcer, hormones...rigt now I'm taking homeopathic medicine, but I always have a gnawing pain. Does anyone have ANY IDEAS???? Please....

Check your blood sugar a 2 and 3 hours after you eat a high sugar meal. The symptoms you are describing sound like reactive Hypoglycemia.
