Hello, I am 27 years old, female. I have constant feeling of leaking. I talked with some people and they told me that I am suffering for urinary incontinence and that is usually sign that my pelvic muscle is weakened. That is the muscle that supports bladder. So, I was wondering is anyone here can tell me how to deal with urinary incontinence and weakened pelvic muscle? Thank you in advance.

I have same problem. I have been having feeling of leaking for months. I thought first it was discharge until I found out that is weakened pelvic muscle. The good news are that pelvic floor muscles are just like other muscles and exercise can make them stronger. Women with bladder control problems can regain control through pelvic muscle exercises called Kegel exercises.
