Doesn't sound like you have high risk of pregnancy with your explanation, it could be nerves or just as simple as a delay in your period which can for various reasons unknown even to doctors (usually). Just relax, you are only possible one day late and not even at that, don't stress out because that WILL delay your period even further, make sure you eat as regular and drink plenty of fluids.
