Youre probably fine, just missing some minerals. I suggest you try to take Magnesium. I prefer to take it in liquid form. Really helps with these kind of problems.

PERFECTLY put!!!!! It's NEVER a good idea to try ANYTHING even something as SIMPLE as magnesium or potassium without dr approval bc if your body DOESNT need it, it could be damaging!!! I hope you are well!! I just wanted to THANK you for LETTING OTHERS KNOW they should CHECK WITH A DR FIRST!!! I know some don't have insurance and others are AFRAID of Drs(...ME!!! I'm a NURSE but refuse to SEE a dr!! & It's NOT good!!!) that people should be CAUTIOUS when it comes to self medicating!! As for the spasms... I have them also! However they are NOT painful!!!!! Just REALLYYYYY annoying!!!!! Good luck to all!!!!!! Xoxox

I'm glad to read all these similar stories. I started feeling the fluttering, twitching under left breast dwn rib area a month ago and went to Dr for testing and they did an EGG which showed a abnormality with my heart so I went for more testing and seen a cardiologist. Had a TEE done and come to find out I have a genetic disorder (bicuspus heart valve and rippley leaflets. Everyone is born with 3 and they lay flat ,opening and shutting pumping blood in and out. We'll since mine are not flat it causes blood flow to go back instead of forward. Called regergatation (I think). I will have to see cardiologist for the rest of my life and for now surgery is,not needed. Thankfully! Anyway I just wanted to share. I was passed around for a long time being told it was a rib out, anxiety, muscle spasm,bc pregnancy ,in my head, went to chiropractor ect...it could be nothing but definitely don't ignore it. Mine comes and goes too. I just turned 33 this July . My daughter is 5 and they recommend she gets a TEE done eventually along with any other 1st relatives.

I am experiencing a mild - not painful at all - fluttering event, under my left rib cage, rather more and more frequently. As a 75-yr. old male, I am experiencing some age-related discrimination at work. So far, this is not uncomfortable - just odd, and mildly irritating.

I'm having the same issues... Left hand on my left side, under my rib, but below my heart, and fluttering. Never had this before tonight, but I had upset stomach... Perhaps it's our stomach, as it does show it is high up on our left side, under the heart... The intestines and the stomach are very strong muscles/organs. I would say perhaps it's doing that to shake on out the leftovers? I don't know... I'm glad to know its not my heart, I would have known that instantly...

I have had the same problem withe some small pain not to much though mostly a small flutter that doesn't seem to go away. If I take my Xanax it eases up a bit. If it's true to be caused by anxiety which I don't believe since I have had anxiety for 25 years and never experienced the under lying muscle to flutter . If it's inflammation then ibuprofen will work I will try it lol

I have the same feeling. I recently got xrays for an unrelated issue and workers comp doc was curios as to what he saw. It looked like a parasite or bug in there
