Hi, I am 43 years old and I have problems with cramps in my feet. It happens several times per month and it is very painful. I went to see my doctor last week and he told me that cramping may be caused by stress. However I would like to know what may I do when I feel cramping. Thank you.

Immediate help with cramps would be to extend your feet on the opposite side of cramp. You would hold it until cramp disappears. After that you may massage it with some oils which will enhance your circulation. Also taking of vitamin B may be very useful with cramps so you may try it.
