Hi my name is Diego and like for the past few months I have been feeling a slight discomfort on my right testicle. It feels as if someone kicked it or something and just up until a few days ago the bottom of my urethra started to itch. I did have unprotected sex w/ my boyfriend but he doesn't have HIV. I wanna get it checked out but I have no medical insurance. Can you tell me what this is?

It may not be HIV but you can have an STD or other infection.
Epididymitis is common.
You need to see a urologist for an exam. Left untreated it can affect more structures and become more difficult to treat. You can also pass an infection along to your partner.
