This is a concern that has come to me quite late but I decided I should clarify this. I am currently 17 and for several years now my foreskin has been behind the head of my penis even when it is not erect. I never thought much of this though i have started to become aware that this is not normal.
I can't remember when this happened first, but now even if I try to pull my foreskin over the head again it doesn't stretch all the way and will come straight back. Is this a problem? Should I be worried? do other people have a similar situation?

If you're not having any pain and you are able to have an erection without pain, I don't think that there's a problem. But I'm not a doctor and I strongly recommend that you see one, preferably an urologist.
I have seen one for my problem - a yeast infection which scarred my foreskin - and I must say that it's a relief to be able to talk openly about this sort of thing with someone who is professional.

I pulled this message from another forum:
I guess (Asians) don't see (circumcision) as necessary.
For them it is normal that the glans will be uncovered
after puberty, so what's the fuss? And if it's not,
that's when they think about circumcision.
A close acquaintance of mine is south-east asian
by origin and he told me that he retracted his
foreskin just once - about age 12 - and that's where
it stayed ever since. To him that's just the natural
thing to do. Is it paraphimosis? I don't know and
never will - we're both married family men.

Mothers, if for whatever reason you are going to delay
or avoid circumcision for your son, consider this cost-
less, painless and totally reversable alternative which
provides all of the same benefits.
Do him an important favor and help him get his foreskin
pulled back off the penis head at the earliest possible
age.

it hurts my friend that because the head of the penis(glans) has sensitive nerves that's why it "hurts" when you touch it.

If it feels good, enjoy. It will keep cleaner as nothing 'trapped' under the skin and, for me, I like the look of circumcised penis and this way no operation AND can be reversed. I have kept my skin back for years and love the look and the feeling.

I am at the old age of 65. I have had my foreskin pulled back over the head for almost 30 years now. I just pulled it back one day and thought it would be nice to stay like that. It took about 4 months for it to stay back on its own. Now it is always back right behind the head. feels great and I am able to last a lot longer duing sex.

You should not have a problem, Mine has been pulled back for a lot of years and it still feels great. I just tried to pull mine back but it does the same as you. Just slips back to the back in the head. Does the same if its hard or soft. I love it :)

Some guys have very short foreskins. You may be one of them.
I don't know that you have a problem, but if you want to keep the head covered, then you need to stretch your foreskin to make it longer. You can do that in the same way that circumcised guys create a new foreskin.
Just search the Internet for "foreskin restoration" and you will get lots of information on how to do it and what devices are available to help you.

Don't worry. It is perfectly normal and much healthier. Keep it back all the time and eventually your foreskin will stay retracted. Your penis will be much cleaner. It will not smell anymore. Your gland will widen and your penis will look much bigger.

Mine has been retracted for about 20 years now. I love it. I think it took about a week to get it to stat back, and after that it just stayed. And my foreskin completely covered the tip of my penis ! ( not now )
