Thank you for answering without preaching. I'm so sick of every conversation about foreskin devolving into a bunch of well-meaning people lecturing everybody about how great and natural foreskin are. I've been searching for an hour and a half for a suggestion to keep it retracted during sex orasturbation because it feels better. This isn't a freaking philosophical or existential conundrum.

I am male and I had the same problem. For me sensation was much less unless I pulled my foreskin tightly back. That was fine, but sometimes a bit cumbersome and my wife found my hands holding it back a bit in the way. Eventually I arranged myself to be circumcised. I was a bit anxious about loss of sensation etc so I went for a high cut (keeps more in we skin) and asked for it to be as tight as would be possible. Bit of a shock at first as it seemed so tight! But once everything healed it was fantastic. My wife now greatly prefers it tightly clipped like this, whereas she was indifferent before. I think your partner might feel the same way I do if he gets his foreskin removed. Good luck!
