There's probably physical issues such that your body is on high alert (gluten intolerance, nutritional deficiency, chronic inflammation, etc).  Go off ALL gluten for 2 months (and might as well cut down the sugar too) and then have a pizza and see what happens.Having said that, try EFT, or 'tapping'.  It seems dumb, but it works.  Historically I've always had bad allergies in springtime, last spring I googled 'tapping for allergies' (or something similar), I followed along with a video or two, and then every time allegy response started kicking in I'd immediately tap.

It took a couple days, but what would have been a month or so of suffering..well let me rephrase that, in three days I knocked down full blown allergies by about 95%.  And this spring I've had just the hint of allergies, not bad enough to have me take the 60 seconds it would take to do some tapping.
