My forskin will not retract when I have an erection. It covers all of the head on penis, even when errrct. So I don't get much feeling while having sex. I am also not able to ejaculate due to not feeling much sansation. Is there anything I can have done to reduce foreskin size so it uncovers the head if so what do I need to do?

Your foreskin will not retract when you have an erection. Does your foreskin retract when you do not have an erection? If so you may be able to stretch it so that it does eventually self-retract. Have you seen a doctor about it to determine the cause? Can you urinate freely? A partial circumcision might be something to consider.

Fist of all Nezza...How old are you? Your foreskin is a natural glans protector and is meant to cover the head. Sounds like your tight and have not had someone to tell you that you need to gradually stretch the foreskin. One you can skin it back when hard you will get more sensation than you ever expected. Stretch that skin and make the most use of it. It will keep the head of your penis sensitive so that sex either with a partner or by masterbation will be GREAT. Keep what you got. Just keep it clean and stretched . If you want to get circumcised just to be like someone else you better think it over. Take your time and work on it. You'll probably be glad you did.
