I am four days late for my period and have seen my GP about this. I had taken two home pregnancy tests previously that were negative, so they tested my urine at the doctor's today. The results were a negative HCG, but suspect I may have a Urinary Tract Infection. I'm waiting for the results of that, but for now... I am just wondering if a UTI could result in a false negative, because I am suspicious of being pregnant. I don't have any symptoms really, but despite my cycles ranging a few days here and there, usually they dont go over this mark! I usually get pre warning of my period coming and extremely bad cramps with heavier bleeding. I have absolutely no signs of it coming so I'm hoping it's possible I might be and it's not showing up positive yet. Has anyone had a similiar experience? Any advice or knowledge about this would be greatly appreciated!
