Hello to all,

I have been avid "masturbator" from very early age - I could say somewhere 11-12, I had very early sexual self-realization even before my pecker could produce cum! - and I have made 29 two weeks ago. Through my life I've had periods where due to stress and reckless hedonism I have been highly addicted to masturbation, with periods when I have been wanking the meat over a dozen erections a day! I have definitely noticed negative effects such as having difficult erections (wanking a soft penis but not giving a f**k), weak/watery sperm even short times when after a masturbation the penis would not spill even a drop of it, very short attention span and constant endorphine cravings almost all day long - I have lives a very lazy and static life and this has been my only source of endorphines. I couldn't get out of bed or put myself to sleep without masturbation, to give an example. I am also certain that I have had hormonal problems - testosterone and such - due to overmasturbation, though I haven't had a hormonal check.

About several months ago I had to put an end of this - a sort of pre-mid-life crisis thing. It hasn't been easy, it has been very similar to any addiciton withdrawal and I had to settle down to eventual stroking without erection, with eventual spill of once or twice a month, but never more. I've noticed that my erections have become hard as a granite, my ejaculations rich and thick - so all hope ain't lost. I also have started working out and dieting and working out has limited my sexual desire significantly. I also started taking testosterone boosting supplements such as Tribestan (patented herbal drug of Sopharma Bulgaria - ***** - and about to start following all other testosterone boosting advice I find on the net short of taking steroids and sexual boosting pills - eggs, meats, zinc, etc.

The thing is, I am not interested in sexual potency. My mind is preoccupied by fixing most of the damage I've done to my body by being a sex beast in my twenties and putting some of the free testosterone towards some muscle mass. The problem is, I don't know how much damage has been done already and what can be done to fix most of it, if possible.

I guess it's time to get to the questions.

First, I want to know how much of the overmasturbation damage can be fixed through strict sexual control at an age of 29. I don't expect wonders but I would like to know if there's hope.

Second, I want to know whether stroking without ejaculation counts as masturbation towards the effects described above - whether it stimulation is causing lower testosterone or it is the ejaculation and the release of sperm fluids.

Third, what can you suggest as non-medical ways of boosting testosterone and DHEA short of steroids. I am taking Tribestan which is a lucky thing it's developed in the country I live in, and I have easy/cheap access to it. Anything else that isn't stricltly for sexual potency and has effect on free testosterone is welcome.

To put an end, sexual drive and endorphine addiction have done so much bad to me, that these days I wish I never experienced it. I was weak and hedonistic bastard that did not ever think of the consequences and thought he's found a quick self-produced drug. Stupid me. I came to realize what it was only when I have almost lost it.

Hey coucoucoucou, because I suffer from the same problem and research healing of sexual exhaustion, could you elaborate on this quote?
What is pathologic stress? Chronic Stress on the organism? Chroniclly activated nervous system?
How to suppress the stress, through therapy or supplements?

Hey guys, my name is Mark. I have a question for you. Have you previously tried to relieve yourself of stress in some other ways, other than masturbation? I think that it would have been better for you if you had started exercising couple of years ago. I too have a problem with overmasturbation as I constantly use this way of putting myself to sleep and that is not something that I should do at all. Also, I wouldn't suggest any other ways of receiving testosterone other than naturally, by your body. The only good thing about it is the feeling of stress releasing your body.

Hey raynerape are you still around?? i was wondering how you were doing and if you were able to achieve the results you wanted. im 20 years old and i masturbated a lot. i now have no morning erection and also when i do try to masturbate its almost limp. i was wondering if you could give a status update i know its been a while.

Stop doing masturbation completely. Eating Salmon,avocado, should help. Sleep well. Avoid caffine.
