Overmasturbation could not cause forgetfulness but it could disrupt your concentration and, if you are masturbating three to seven times a day, it will surely cause tiredness and sleepy mood. So, basically, I think that you should stop masturbating for a while. It isn't healthy for you in any way and it only represents a bad habit when repeated more than three times a week. Stop for a week or two and everything will be back in normal.
