i am 16, i started lifting from past six months and i gained muscle, i mean i have bigger arms and broader chest than before....., should i stop lifting to increase my height ??/// ..... anyone have any knowledge ...what should i do next...can anyone suggest me something....my height is around 5,8' my fathers height is around 5,10' and mothers height around 5,4' ..................i want to increase my height ...as it is not increasing since one and a half year ...can anyone suggest me a plan ........

At 16 you have probably stopped growing height wise now and nothing you do will make you grow taller as that's part of your genetic make-up unlike body weight or muscle what can be built up.

As I also said and stop trying to be a smart arse on very very rare occasions will growth plates remain open longer!
If you do not belive my reply Google the medical facts about growth plates, you are 16 and 3 months so you will be on your last phase of growth height wise most probably because that stage in puberty is late for you.
