You may be having a problem with bile acid flowing into your stomach, causing nausea and heart burn. When you have your gall bladder out, the bile has nowhere to go so it just "floats" around and may end up in your gut. You will need to get prescription Zantac or just get it over the counter. I have this issue and I take Zantac (extra-strength) twice a day to control the acid in my stomach. Try this and see if this helps your symptoms go away or improves them. If this doesn't help at all, then contact your doctor about the situation.
