Hello i am 23 and a college student. I had my gallbladder removed two years ago and well it sucks. It has gotten to the point that no matter what I eat I am in the bathroom 5minutes after I eat if not during my meal. I have cut out soda completely and don't really eat out. Idk what to do to help stop the constant going to the bathroom. Any suggestions.
Living in a college dorm is def hard because going to the bathroom now is not pretty especially if what's coming out is pure fat (sorry if that is gross). And painful...at some points sitting can hurt cuz I go 5 to 9 times a day. Toilet paper... Burns. There are times when I force myself to not go for fear of embarrassment and I feel miserable and am in so much pain. Lately it has gotten to the point where I am exhausted all the time and cold. Idk if that is why?
Also I have sacrificed any dating life I could have because I can't go out to eat like a normal girl.... Lonely! I am so embarrassed at this it's affecting my social life badly now!
If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.. I want to go back to living a full life again. Thanks K!

5 to 9 times means see a doctor. Even without a gallbladder you shouldn't be going that much.
Have you tried reducing the fat in your diet, or eating it more evenly over the day? Your gut should be able to handle everything except large amounts of fat, though high sugar drinks may make this worse if there's too much fat.
Make sure there's enough vitamin K,E,D and A in your diet as these are absorbed with fat, and if they get low can make you feel pretty bad. Obviously, don't exceed suggested doses, and ideally get them from your foods.
