OK so today is post op day 2 and I feel like I gotta poop but I'm scared to push, will anything happen if I push too hard?

Be rest assured that you can go to the bathroom without anything bad happening. Why are you worried about this? Your gallbladder was removed but everything else is intact. You may have diarrhea possibly with the gallbladder being gone initially, but soon your body will learn to regulate itself and the diarrhea should clear up on its own. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask here or ask you physician. You will do just fine. I had the open abdominal surgery when I had my gallbladder out 19 years ago, and I had many more complications with it. Yours was a laproscopic surgery, I imagine, so things should go much better.
