I will try to stay connected to this post to let you all know what answers (god willing) I come by. It's amazing how common it is for people to forget to check back in!! ;)
I, too, have many of these (if not all and then some) symptoms. I was diagnosed with gastroesophogial reflux in August '14, but I am not entirely sold that this is the culprit for many/most of my symptoms, as I am missing the one, most identifiable symptom of GR: heartburn.
The main symptoms I experience are: Bloating; Belching (which helps to relieve bloating, even if temporary); Dull ache under left rib area; Soft, Mushy Tan Stool (for about the last 10months, up to 80% of the time **although taking a probiotic does seem to help firm it up); A Soft Moveable, Sausage-shaped lump/mass that comes and goes, and sometimes even bulges upward from my abdomen when lying down (I am able to push it back down and it doesn't hurt); Pulsating Artery, which feels awfully close to the surface of my stomach (left side); Periodic Fatigue (haven't had this in awhile, but I do sleep 9-10 hours a night); Tightness in chest; Shortness of breath (exacerbated by caffeine); A localised tender spot, on the left side of abdoment/stomach area (I have to push deep into my stomach to feel it), which feels less like a sharp pain and more like a dull, uncomfortable muted pain (kind of like having a knot in your back). The spot is not hard and I can't even really decipher if it's the tissue that I am pushing on, which is the origin of the pain, or if it's pushing into something that hurts? I've had this pain for well over a year and first noticed it when I was pregnant with my son and many months before I came down with the above symptoms.
I am a BRCA1 carrier, which means I am at an increased risk of getting breast and/or ovarian cancer (same as Angelina Jolie, as seen in recent news). So obviously these symptoms first ring the bell that these are all related to my ovaries. When the symptoms began last May, my first stop was my OBGYN, who scheduled a Pelvic Ultrasound for me. That came back normal. I also am part of a BRCA trial that monitors my CA-125 as a blood test every 6 months and so far that has been normal (although not the most reliable in detecting early cancer, but better than nothing). I go back to my OBGYN in a month and will follow up with another ultrasound, perhaps even a vaginal ultrasound this go-around.
A couple other things to note:
1.) I noticed a hard lymph node in my neck about 5months ago, had an ultrasound, which came back normal, with the exception that I should follow up in a few months to make sure it hasn't changed/grown. I am now 5 months down the road and it doesn't seem to have grown much, if at all, but will follow up with another ultrasound to make sure.
2.) I am a Graphic Designer and sit at the computer for many hours each day. I do notice that my symptoms are much more noticeable when sitting and alone. By contrast, when I am active and/or in a public setting, my symptoms are greatly diminished and/or not as noticeable. Definitely a correlation there, but not sure if this might be an actual culprit? Wondering how many of you can say the same?
So, that's about it in a nutshell.

I had the same concern. I was thin when I was in my late teens and felt that same movable bump/lump. It was fecal matter. I was just feeling my hard poop in my abdomen (intestine). I would see a doctor though because I am not a doctor and I would hate for you to take my experience literally. Don't be shy in asking him/her about that "lump/mass". Best wishes!
