My husband and I are attempting to conceive again. I have heard it is supposed to help the sperm along if I have an orgasm after he ejaculates--is this true?? I tend to think it is, because this seemed to have worked with my first two sons, but it doesn't seem to be working this time. I have heard the orgasm causes the uterus to contract thereby helping the sperm along--I recently had a large cyst removed from my ovary, it was not malignant, there is nothing else wrong I still have both ovaries--could this surgery have affected my fertility in any way? My doc says it wouldn't, but nonetheless I would still like to hear your opinion.
