girlfriend is pregnant maybe but we’re too young to have a baby

me and my friend had sex with out a condom but I didn’t cum inside of her and I didn’t pre cum either she was supposed to get her period a couple days later but it’s been almost 2 weeks and she still hasn’t got her period should we worry? We’re both way to young to be having a kid. And if she is pregnant what can we do to get an abortion we’re both don’t have a lot of money to pay something crazy also we live in Maryland if that helps
