Hello All

I am a female, 51 years old, over 270 lbs. I am on Social Security and receive $108 monthly for food stamps. Most of the time I buy stuff like frozen pizzas, hamburger to make goulash and spagetti and cereals. I am not into cooking meals for just myself. I have a lot of health issues and now have been diagnosed with acid reflux. So the goulash and spagetti are pretty much out now. When I look on-line for healthier recipes I only seem to find stuff that would cost a mint just to get the ingredients. I have no teeth so eating raw vegetables is almost impossible. Anyone out there got any ideas of stuff that would help me lose weight but I could also afford for a whole month also?
