Hello. I'm a 12 year old girl that only has one major concern.
I was born allergic to milk and I'm only affected if I swallow it. Does this mean I will not be able to grow breasts?

Being allergic to milk or lactose intollerant has absolutly nothing to do with a young girl being unable to develop. You will be fine and right on track.
You will need your bosom for when you become a mom, should you decide to breast feed. Breast milk and your intolerance to milk has nothing to do with each other.
Don't worry, it's all good. :-D
