My classes start at 8:50 and my break is at 10:50. I eat my breakfast at 7:50. I have weetabix and toast or crackers. Some times I would eat an Orange or an Apple. My stomach starts growling in class and everyone laughs. Im really self coincious and I blush really easily. I have tried eating snacks in between classes but I have gained aload of weight because of how much im eating. Can anyone reccomend something to help my growling stomach. My parents and friends have told me im silly but I realy need help. My classes start on Monday. please help !!!!!
