:-( I just found out 2 days ago that I have chlymidia and I may have passed it on to my daughter who was just born... I got it from the person i trusted the most and this is just a warning just because you know your partner doesnt mean you know if they have an std... the only safe sex is no sex... just dont do it... if your at all worried about your partner having an std dont do it... and girls get your female exams every 6 months just to make sure you dont spread it to innocent people who dont deserve this... I hopefully can get rid of it but I dont know the only thing im worried about is getting my daughter rid of it...

Hmm ... This sucks. Are you really sure that your newborn daughter is infected? What's with your spouse? Is she the one who spreader Chlamydia or did you get it from another woman.

I just want to say that not even ladies must go and check themselves for STDs, but also the guys should do it every 6 months too.

Concrete, Chlamydia is STD which could make many troubles, moreover it can cause infertility. However there are a lot well known and proved therapies for Chlamydia.
Probably your doctor told you more about this.

But what is exact prevention? Does anyone knows what is exact prevention for Chlamydia?
