Maybe not worried, yet, but you should be concerned. Flu-like symptoms are often the first sign of an HIV infection.
Get yourself tested.
Our protocol is to:
1. Test at exposure, to see if you are already infected.
2. Test at 30 days.
3. Test at 60 days. If you test negative here it is VERY UNLIKELY you have HIV.
4. Test at 90 days. This confirms the 60 day test.
