hi fours hrs ago I was pregnant in the actual ovary which after ten weeks caused the ovary to explode and I had to have the left tube removed as well as the remnants of the ovary.
However every month since then, I get horrific ovulation pain in the side where they were removed.
Pls can you explain why this is. I still have my right side ovary and tube and I am regular as clockwork evey month.

Usually after surgery the pain occurs due to adhesions. The adhered tissue and scar tissues usually cause increased pain
