Had sex, took off condom, fingered a little, had "oh s#!t" moment - could she be prego?

So we had sex with a condom, everything was fine. I pulled out right before cumming and finished in the condom. I then took the condom off, trying to be careful not to get anything on my fingers, but I did touch where the cum had been (on the tip of my penis) when removing the last of the condom. I didn't notice any semen on my fingers or anything (I didn't really inspect thoroughly, but I imagine I would've noticed a blob..lol), but the contact with that area (trace amounts left over?) is what concerns me.

After I took the condom off I rolled over and was giving her sort of a "cool down" - rubbing and a little fingering. This went on for a couple of minutes before my "oh s#!t" moment (what if I somehow had sperm on my fingers?). So I washed my hands and the rest is history...

I asked her if she was on birth control and she said yeah but she's not good at it. So I asked her what she meant and she said she forgets to take it sometimes.

So basically, is it possible to get prego in this situation? I imagine the chances are low, right?
