My girlfriend and I had sex today. I used a spermicidal condom, she was on yaz and has been on it for about 3 months. When putting it on I accidentally touched my penis and got some pre-cum on my fingers, then touched the condom while feeling it. I got only a little on it, and once it was on my penis I wiped off my fingers and then used them to wipe off the condom. I made sure it was dry, then used spit to rub the area, then dried it again. I had ejaculated the previous night, so...I don't know. As far as I could tell the condom was completely dry when we started up, and I'm pretty sure that sperm can't survive for long when dried.

If she's on birth control pills then I wouldn't worry at all! Even if a little bit of precum got on to the condom itself, precum hardly contains any sperm unless you ejaculated earlier at some point. It's hard enough to get pregnant from something like that as it is, so if she's on Yaz then there's basically nothing to worry about. Your girlfriend should be perfectly fine.
