It is not impossible to get pregnant from sex 2 days before a period, but it is highly unlikely. That would mean you ovulated before your period ended. I still think that sex 2 days before your period did not result in your pregnancy, but I would rather reserve judgement until I know (1) the date the baby is due, and (2) the method used to calculate the conception date and the due date. Were the dates taken from your LMP or from an early scan?

Well when.the doctor went off the first day of my last LMP witch was July 9th my due date was April 15th. Then when they measured the baby on ultrasound now my due date is April 23rd....

Hi, I wondered if to could help.
I had unprotected sex on the 6th December 2014 with my bf after the breaking of a condom. I managed to take the morning after pill within 52 hours. Since that time I never had a period throughout December I've taken 2 home pregnancy tests and they were negative. My last period was on the 11th November 2014 they normally last for 4 days, but sometimes the timing is off after coming off the contraception pill about 6 months ago. So since December I haven't been able to start taking my pill as I haven't had a period. On the 3rd January 2014 I had unprotected sex with my bf this wasn't planned and ever since I've been feeling strange. Constant headache, lower back pain, lower abdominal pain and tingling tender breasts I've felt nauseous and developed flu like symptoms where I keep sleeping and my whole body aches, plus my taste buds are weird I can only drink ice cold drinks and I can only taste sweet things.
On the 4th day after sex I discovered I had bleeding, I've had this now for 2 days but not heavy.
I'm sorry this is long winded but I'm very nervous of all these changes to my body. Could I be having pregnancy symptoms so early? I'm I pregnant? When do you think I should test?

If you have not had a period since taking the ECP, then you should see your doctor. However, if you had sex on 3rd Jan you would not be pregnant yet, so you would not be having pregnancy symptoms yet. You can only get pregnant after you ovulate. As sperm can live for 5-6 days in a woman's body, sperm arriving in your fallopian tubes on 3rd Jan could still be active on 8th. If you ovulate between 3rd and 8th the egg could get fertilised. So I would leave 21 days from 3rd to be sure of a reliable negative, so test on 24th. A test could be taken on 17th to see if it is positive, but a negative result would not be reliable that early.

I doubt you are regnant. 8-10 days before a period arrives is not likely to be a fertile time as your period actually did arrive. You don't give much detail, but if this were the only time you had sex, then it is extremely unlikely you got pregnant. Any time you have sex there is the risk of pregnancy, but in this case I think you are OK. A test would confirm.

If your cycle is normally 28 days (so your period is expected tomorrow - 23rd Jan) then 3rd Jan and 18th Jan are not likely to have been fertile days.
The likelihood that you are pregnant is low, but it is possible, particularly if (say) you had sex late on 3rd and ovulated early 9th, and his sperm survived the 6 days.

Hi,
I have a period tracker and it says my fertile days and normal days as well as my period days. My period only lasts 3 days my cycle is 25. I had unprotected sex Sunday the 25th around 5am. I'm supposed to get my period the 30th. My husband didn't get a condom this time and I really don't want to get pregnant again. We already have 2 out of diapers and all. Do you think there's a possibility of pregnancy? I'm still in time to get the plan B pill. Until tomorrow night I believe. Thanks in advance.
