HARD PAINFUL GROIN LUMP AND ENLARGED GALL BLADDER

I have been suffering with a hard lump in my lower groin, between the top of my leg and groin...and is about 3" long and 2" wide. It often pops out and is still out when I lay down. I can't tell you how EXCRUCIATING the pain is. I had hernia surgery a year ago, but it is still there and a specialist just told me he does not think its a hernia and that it is too low for that. Also it does not pop out when lifting or hard work, instead it seems to be affected by eating. I have lost about 20 pounds overall and 8 in the past 2 months even though I eat. ALSO at the same time I have an enlarged Gall Bladder and I have no idea if these are connected or even what an enlarged Gall Bladder is. CAN YOU HELP ME, I am worried.

I have severed pain in my lower back and hips as well. And have moderate Stenosis top and bottom.
