hard, red bump on the right side of my private zone, it's hard for me to sleep

I never do this but I'm scared to go to the doctor I feel embarrassed but I'm very clean so I'm unsure of why this occurred and I'm only 15 but it's hard to sleep because it's very uncomfortable , it feels kind of hard it's reddish and the size of a grape on the right side. When I walk it hurts and when I touch it hurts I'm not sure what to do or what it is but I don't want to tell anyone or go to the doctor help pleaseee
