Hi, I've been to the doctors a few times about this small hard lump. It has suddenly today started given me pain. My testicle is swollen and the lump and testicle are very sensitive. I've had scans on the area which say they cant see anything but when my testicles are relaxed it is very feelable.+ as the testicle is swollen you can definetly feel it. I think it may be an infection or cist. I hope its not a i really dont want to have an op to have it removed..... ive previously had something removed on my other testicle. Any ideas plz help asap?
