My husband stopped masterbating 3 months before comming home for vacation and he noticed that his left testical was getting full. It has been 9 months since we have had sex. The first time we had intercorse his penis swell up and i noticed that his left testical felt hard and full and didnt go down the whole two weeks he was home. I am worried it might be cancer.
