I tripped on this site during a google search. Not somthing I do alot of because google can be more of a "water cooler" discussion at times than facts or truth. However I did find this between many of you to be helpful. It sounds as if you have all been down the road I am about to embark on. It is nice to read from people who carry no judgements and are not disrespectful!! I have a question if anyone here has a minute to answer?...For the last 4 years I have been taking Percoset (sp?). After major mouth surgery as a need, turned into a "need" just to feel normal. I now know this is just a circle that does not end, and the "normal" is just a lie. I realise there are other issues to be dealt with, but learning to live without this c**p is #1 right now. I am taking on average of four (5/Mg) pills a day. Question # 1: (finally...thanks for letting me talk) Is that considered alot?...I have heard not  (but I'm a rookie here)  Question # 2: Based on that, do you think cold turkey is an option?....would this be considered a tough detox? I'm reading what some of you are going through...a little scarry quite frankly. I also read up on the Withdrawal-Ease thing. I have been taking Supplements (some of the best in the world) with much success for many years, so Have my children. I have had 6 Doctor bills in 10 years for a family of six....they do work if you get the good stuff...however I'm hard pressed to find it all in one bottle aimed at withdrawal. I'm going to give W-Ease a shot. $90.00 to me is much less than what I was spending on pills. I will Let you know what happens if you like??

Any feedback?

Thanks for the ear....Or eyes...

I am a sixty year old with an extensive history of opium based addiction. I've "cleaned up" several times and have gone through some real tough withdrawals many times. My first addiction was at age 14 to heroin to now where I am taking prescription morphine and roxycodone. I tell you this so that you know of what I speak. My hat is off to those individuals that say they experienced relief from This "Withdrawal-Ease". Personally I think they could have been given sugar pills with the same effect. I tried this product and the only thing I got from it was a profound loss of money! People, the first 3 days is the roughest and after that your body is so depleated and tired you will get sleep. Another 4 days of feeling like hammered "poo-poo" and you are done. Unless you are on the evil methadone, in which case the road is much longer.
Well, good luck and save your money.

Haven't tried it yet...but, we are going to order it today. Until the last 50 years this type of "medecine" brought mankind along very well. If more Drs would quit using the Pharmacutical poisons you wouldn't be trying to get off one of them. Now would you? My family includes two members that work for large drug making companies. They make their products look helpful by manipulating statistics. The reason the makers of this product have the disclaimer they do is: The drug companies have gotten the FDA to proclaim that only a drug they (FDA) approves can say that it cures or helps any "disease". There are drugs and other remedies all over the world that can not be used in USA because they are not approved by our government. Turn on any news program; do you trust your government with your life? As for the cost, most of you spend more than that in a few days for the pills you are trying to quit. If it helps you at all to quit the mess you're in; it's worth it. I'll come back after we use it and honestly let you know if I think it was.

My boyfriend got his first night of sleep in 3 weeks using Withdraw-Ease's nighttime version. He woke up clear and happy for the first time today. That makes the $90 worth it to me. I can't wait for our family to get stronger with his dependency behind us.

Withdrawal-Ease is a scam product.  Do yourself a favor and take that $90 (INSANE price considering the ingredients...) and go see a doctor for some clonidine which will help 100x more than this product could possibly help and even still it will only cut your withdrawals at most in half in terms of intensity.

If you look at the "testimonials" you can easily tell that most of them are fake and obviously written by the same person.  Then there is a testimonial from Dr. Brian Earthman (who is a real doctor btw) that I can only assume was paid for... no addiction specialist with a conscience would recommend anybody spend $90 on a relatively worthless combination of common herbs and amino acids.   If I was considering going to see Dr. Brian Earthman I would definitely ask first to make sure he didn't allow this scam website to use his name to promote their product and if he did... hes more interested in your money than you without question.  Ive attempted to contact him with no response... so who knows.

Withdrawal-Ease is a scam... absolutely worthless.... totally ineffective.... and preying on addicts and their money. Sad.

I have been looking around for something (anything) that can help me get off oxycodone/oxycontin that I have been taking for a few years, prescribed for a neck injury. I can no longer live in bondage to little pills that rule my life. I have tried to detox on my own but have not been able to get through the first 48 hrs. I've tried suboxen but during withdrawal went in to a panic mode that crippled me and after 2 weeks I went back to the oxys. I don't think another opiate is the way to go but I am tapering now and using zanex to get through the anxiety attacks. I am tempted to try the withdrawal ease but I don't have the money to buy it only for it to be a waste. I desperately want to be free and I know that God is helping me. I recently attended NA meetings and that is a place to go that people understand what you are going though. God help us.

You're doing the right thing. Careful with the xanax and definitely dont waste money on this scam. Save it if you feel that bad and spend it on a walk-in clinic doc to prescribe your clonidine which will do magic on the overstimulation.

Good Luck.... but trust me this product will do nothing for you and being in withdrawal already you'll hate yourself even more for getting scammed and wasting money you dont have to spend.

i am on withdrawl-ease now along with getting back on paxil, since my pharmacy screwed up and gave me a different med, even though the bottle said paxil.  so i pretty much went cold turkey off my paxil for a month without even knowing it, until i started feeling wierd and then the symptoms got really bad. i ordered withdrawl-ease and showed it to my psychiatrist before taking it, and he said there should not be any problems while i am slowly getting back on paxil, now going through all the horrible withdrawls, until the paxil gets back fully into my system. i must say i do believe it is helping me. my body is very sensitive and im getting bettter faster everyday. i cold turkied off paxil 8 yrs ago and with taking tons of xanax to help get through the withdrawl along with zoloft...it took 9 months for me to be me again. i believe in withdrawl-ease, its worth a try. everyones body is different . but i am fortunate that it is helping me. i wish you the best of luck. we all have our own intuitions and questions. do what feels right for you. Also when i was prego 8 yrs ago i was cold trkied off paxil and it was to the point to where i was crawling and weak. my psychiatrist had me on all kinds of no no drugs that were bad for the baby, but we had to out weigh the benefits and the risks. withdrawls will def hurt your baby. i had my other child to take care of, and i needed to be well for him. well my baby was born 2 months premature and he is sharp as a wip. he had some delayed speech problems but thats it. i look at it this way. The lord gave me the child that he wanted me to have, no matter how he would turn out. life happens. some things we just cant control. Dont let ANYONE make you feel like a bad person because of taking what you need to take to get you through your pregnancy. people of course have all their own opinions. but dont listen to the negative ones, unless they are from your dr. people dont realize that when ur prego and going through withdrawls, or taking no no meds perscribed by ur doc...that they r making you even worse! you need supportive people around you. not negative ones. i pray that all with go well for you. chances are your baby will be fine. its a less then 1% chance that anything bad will happen to the baby. my dr said that 40 yrs ago when he was delivering babies from heroin addicts, the not one child had a health problem. i hope this makes you feel better and at a sense of peace. ive been there and done that. you can email me anytime. i would love to be a support for you.  ***this post is edited by moderator *** *** private e-mails not allowed*** Please read our Terms of Use

i think this is the most honest and pretty accurate post on here in my opinion.... this withdrawal ease product is not gonna touch anyone with a heavy duty habit like methadone, heroin, oxycontin or suboxone for sure

I'll tell you One herbal mixture that does actually work- Kratom. For those heavy users, it make it a completely pleasant experience, but it is actually a mu-opioid-receptor-agonist (I think i wrote that right) and it will substancially reduce your misery during that seemingly unbearable time period. But seek advice and use it properly and exercise a little self-discipline if you are able, and try to only use it when you cant take the WD feelings anymore, and you'll see it works, along with some tylenol between because I find the pain (like a bulging disc or something you were initially treating) durring withdrawl to sometimes be as bad as the stomach issues. But if you really want to get off, and are willing to put forth an honest effort, this can help when used properly
