Hi i'm 15, 16 in a month, and ever since I was 12 years old I've had ovarian cysts and I've generally learned to deal with the pain that come with them. But lately the pains have been getting to the point where i can barely walk and no pain killer really helps. These pains come about once a month and last 2-3 days, 2 weeks after my period. I went to the doctor today and he booked me another pelvic ultrasound and an appointment with a gynocologyst and gave me some painkillers to take in the meantime. I'm still worried and a little scared over what the pain could be, and my doctor wouldn't really tell me anything. Has anybody else experienced this? The pain is around my ovaries and uterus, and the worst of it doesn't go away for around 10-14 hours.
