I need help, i have missed my ovulation circle for the last month and a half i arranged with my friend to take a test so we met up but when i went to take the test i started bleeding heavily and released a red mass, prior to the test i had experienced heavy cramping but ignored it, how do i know if i have had a miscarriage for sure and its not just a late heavy period and what explanation do have for the lateness and mass, thank you.

It's likely you had a miscarriage. You should see your doctor to confirm.
A home test will not be accurate and may show you as being pregnant. The test measures hormone levels and they will take some time to drop. The doctor can do a different tests, a "quantitative" test that looks at the level of hormone, not just present or not (home test).
