I held ice on it and i cut mine with a large pair of nail clippers, No blood at all. i then went back with ice for a while and clipped it again.

Or you could thread a 1/4" self tapping screw in the end of it to plug it up. Stainless of course so it doesn't rust or you might have to get a tetanus shot and those are painful. It is amazing how much better everything feels when you can pull your foreskin all the way back. I didn't cut mine it tore during sex. I did have to put some TP on it to keep the ends

After a week our foreskin both at top and bottom of glans pens rolled uniformly down still further automatically .When our penises became erect we felt that it had become larger by few centimeters.After that we really enjoyed anal sex with each other .

As an Alternative, to the dangerous way OG mentioned: (NO F-ing way should you ever get a straight edge near your penis) Doing this can REALLY be worth it. It depends on YOU. Only those that can see the benefit should think about this, and even then, the ONLY people that should attempt to do this are those that do not freak at the sight blood, are sure-handed, and can visualize it as a simple snip operation. It is actually really simple and fast too. Having the confidence that you can do it is important. It is also imperative that you do this at night when you will not be disturbed until morning or some other time similar time. BTW, make sure you have a roll of tissue ready, because it will bleed a lot. So, OK, Now, the way I did it was to apply Anbesol (the stuff for toothache pain) liberally to my frenulum until I could pinch it without pain with two fingernails where I wanted it cut. Then, quickly before the anbesol wore off, I took a pair of new unused sterile stainless steel toe nail-clippers, and carefully eased my frenulum between the open blades. Then getting as close as I could to where it was still deadened, where the skin was still thin, and WITHOUT touching the bottom of my glans (my penis's head), shaft or the rest of my foreskin, Carefully, but quickly and FIRMLY close the clippers and do not release until you see the frenulum skin come free. All you should feel is a light momentary pinch. If you have to, wiggle and tug the clippers a bit until they come free, but DO NOT let up on the clippers until it is free or freak and jerk it. Once it is free, you will immediately see how awesome your new found freedom of movement is with your foreskin and how it changed the look of the underside of your penis. f**k it was awesome! To me anyway. Your penis shaft might even stand/stick out straighter. You won't be able to look to long because the bleeding starts. With your foreskin pulled back as far as it will go, quickly wrap it a couple times with tissue and apply firm pressure to the end of your penis on the wound. It will take a few minutes for it to stop bleeding. Then you have to keep it wrapped and taped for about 3 three days. Be sure to leave a big enough hole to pee. Urine getting in the wound will sting a little, but is otherwise pretty safe. Gently wash it. KEEP IT CLEAN and put Neosporin on it. Rewrap. As it heals, the cut area can/will stiffen.
