I have never had headaches in my life. 3 weeks ago I woke up with one that was blinding and excruciating. I have not gotten rid of it yet. I have been to the ER twice and had CT scans both times only for them to come back normal. TThey prescrobed meds which I cannot take because I also have Hep C and every pain drug I have ever had makes me sick. I have facet joint syndrome in my lower back and have a feeling it has somehow spread to my neck and that is the cause. All I know is I am ready to go stark raving mad with all this pain. Can Facet joint syndrome spread? I had a brain MRI done last Thursday and am scheduled to see a neurologist this Tuesday. I have become a recluse in my home not moving around too much because of the pain. I am really becoming anxious and depressed too. Any suggestions?
