I need some help info about headaches and confusion when its hot. It's been for years now I have this problem but it seems to be worse every year. Last summer I even had a heatstroke. The thing is I feel fine when I am in house or in some pleasant environment and though I love sunny days I have harsh time dealing with hot weather. I always feel dizziness and headaches and confusion and also nausea and vomiting whenever it's hot. I am not able to travel when it's hot and my job is pretty much based on movements so I'd like to hear some good advice of how I could deal headaches and confusion when it's hot. Thanks!

I know how you must be feeling. I also have the same headaches and confusion problems whenever it comes to heat waves. This is in fact a serious condition that may cause in extreme cases even a death. I don't know about you but I don't even manage to get sweat even when it is hot, and the sweating is one of the main forms in defending of hot weather conditions, you know this situation with hot waves might cause in some persons brain and kidney damage. I will tell you what I was advised to do and it turned out to be of very help- the most important thing is to take plenty of fluid try to have at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily and it needs to be cool, avoid outdoors activities, I am usually active early in the morning and evening, avoid carrying heavy clothes, take a shower few times a day if it is possible and avoid going outside at the hottest period of the day. The important is also to take minerals on daily bases; you could also drink fruit juices and cold tea but avoid drinking coffee and alcohol. And when you need to go out always have a hat and sunglasses and don't forget to put an SF cream on your faces for you might get sun burns also.
