I can relate massively. I had the same symptoms that came out of the blue back in 2009. I went to the neuro and they had suggested migraines and to not consume as much caffeine, lunch meat, etc. I did that and after a few months felt somewhat better. Then last september it hit again- harder with the 24/7 headaches of varying degree and ringing in the ears, nausea, feeling spaced out and way off balance/dizzy. It seemed to get a lot worse in the car which was odd since I never was carsick before. I went to normal dr's, ENT, Neuro (again). My hearing test came back really good which confused me since I have trouble hearing things, the ENG test showed some abnormalities but none of real concern, MRI was fine, he put me on meds for migraines and later also diagnosed me with Narcolepsy. I switched meds a LOT but settled on some. I was fine for a while but the last few days the cycle hit bad again :-/ it is really frustrating because I swear something else is wrong but EVERYTHING comes back normal.

I have similar to all of the above, I went for an MRI scan as my doctor thought it was a stroke...as it turns out there is no storke however they have found I have a low cerebellum which can cause all of the above problems so i would think of going for the MRI XXX

I have been dealing with chronic pain,
Ringing in my ears, endometriosis, nausea, ecezema ( new) fatigue, constipation, insomnia, confusion, word finding, depression and worsening anxiety,I rarely leave the house. I havebeen diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic regional pain syndrome. I've been treated for fibromyalgia and see your CRPS, itakeSavella for the fibro, but nothing helps the CRPS. I bring up Lyme disease, lupus, and environmental issues (heavy metal, pesticides, no one wants to listen. My symptoms wax and wean with little rhyme or reason. Cold/heat intolerances ( to the point I can't shower) my hair is falling out like crazy.
It's been over 10 years. Of course I'm crazy..because western medicine hasn't figured it out so it must be in my head. I'm at the end of my rope. I barely leave my room when I have flairs, which can last many months.
I've seen everyone from infectious disease to gyn. I was not tested for Lyme for 5 years into my illness. Labs are perfect.
Any insight I would appreciate it.

I am currently taking antivert 25mg and phenergan 25 mg to help with the nausea.
I hope we all find correct answers to what is going on. Since my dizzy spells come on so fast and i am so dizzy that i cant sit or stand. It is not the room spinning, its me spinning so that means that i do not have vertigo.
