Hello! I am in the 5th month of the pregnancy and I am experiencing such terrible headaches. Is this common, should I just accept it, or could it be something else to it??? Are there any other pregnant ladies out there with the same problem?

Hi! Here is one ex pregnant lady who used to have such problems. Headaches in pregnancy usually result from hormonal changes and stress. I have some suggestion for you about ways to reduce these headaches. Rest a lot, exercise, avoid caffeine but not at once ( this can also cause headache ), use a towel soaked in cold water with some lavender oil drops for relaxation!!! There you go…these small things should help! Good luck and enjoy!!!!

Headaches are a normal thing during some pregnancies. I'm about 12 weeks and have had my first really bad headache. Most of these headaches are caused by the rise of hormones in your body. My doctor says that Tylonal is the best thing for headaches during pregnancy. But if your headaches get worse you should consult your docotor.
