I've a pain on my left chest radiating down to my left arm. Was examined by ECG and Echo. Doctors said i've no problem in my heart. The pain is still there but very light pain which goes down my arm. However, my blood pressure is a bit higher (140/90) and taking ACE inhibitor

Could it be cardiac problem?
