i have expereanced a heart pain its  like stabbing pin in middle of my heart

when i was trying to breath when i try hard to get breath ignoring the pain

its feel like sound like "tik" and the pain was gone .im having this exprience every 2nd or 3rd day

today i got 2 times in a day.
