This heat drains me of my energy, i live in CA and its like 115 degrees, how do i beat the heat and keep my energy to go exercise?

go way to cool down is to stay in the shade and use ice packs.make sure you keep out of the sun betwwen 11-3 as thats the hottest time of the day and exercise at night when its a bit cooler maybe putting a fan in the room with you
